“Images captured by a pinhole camera reveal an area/space under construction through the interplay of light and darkness. The forms are charged so as to exist, while the corridors of darkness and the windows of light converge in the final image. Through Miss Vlahaki’s black and white images, one gets the impression that the image is the incentive for the articulation of formalistic acrobatics, an aesthetic moral code about good and bad.”
